Thank you for shopping at Meow Deals Ltd. We hope you are pleased with your purchase. However, if you need to return something, we will gladly offer a refund.

If we deliver the incorrect item, your purchase arrives damaged, or a product becomes faulty within 12 months, we will arrange to collect, replace, or refund the item.

Please carefully choose your items, double-checking the details such as size and color before placing your order. Unfortunately, any postage costs incurred due to incorrect ordering are the customer’s responsibility. We do not offer refunds for products damaged maliciously.

Meow Deals Ltd. does not accept liability for lost or unclaimed orders when incorrect delivery or contact information is provided. By placing an order, you accept responsibility for ensuring all details are accurate. Please check your order confirmation email, and notify our customer service team immediately if any details are incorrect.

Delivery & Fees

We offer free next weekday delivery on orders over £59*. For orders under £59, a delivery fee of £6.99* applies.

*All orders may incur additional charges. The final delivery fee will be shown at checkout. See Delivery Surcharges below for more information.

Using our reliable courier partners, we aim to dispatch orders the same day, 7 days a week. Orders placed before 5 pm on weekdays and before 2 pm on weekends qualify for same-day dispatch, subject to stock availability.

Please allow 48 hours from dispatch for your order to arrive. For orders going to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, please allow extra time for delivery.

Delivery Day

You will receive a notification via text or email from our courier partner the day before delivery and again on the delivery day with a 1-hour delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your order. If no one is available and delivery is not possible, further delivery charges may apply if resending the order is required.

Our courier service also provides options to change the delivery date or have parcels left in a safe place or with a neighbor.

Please confirm the number of parcels you receive matches the consignment note. Report any shortages within 3 days of delivery. If your delivery is damaged, mark it as ‘damaged’ on the consignment note, or if unable to check, mark it as ‘unchecked.’ Please keep the original packaging in case you need to return your purchase.

Repeat My Order

Our repeat delivery service allows you to schedule orders with no minimum spend. Enjoy regular deliveries of the products you need. To set up repeat delivery:

  1. Find your desired products.
  2. Select your preferred size.
  3. Choose your delivery frequency.
  4. Add the item to your basket.

You can manage scheduled deliveries through your Meow Deals Ltd. account, with options to amend, change frequency, or cancel at any time. Note that billing is automatic on the date the order is scheduled.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

We strive to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive damaged, faulty, or incomplete items, please contact us immediately at info@blowingbizz.store or call [Your Phone Number], and we will promptly replace or collect the items as needed.

Refunds & Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. Please note that dispatched orders cannot be canceled. In such cases, wait for the delivery and then follow the returns process below.

You can return your order by mail for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Please note that postage fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Ensure the goods are returned in their original packaging.

Money-Back Guarantee

We are confident in the quality of our products and offer a money-back guarantee on select items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Delivery fees for items not covered by the guarantee are non-refundable.

Delivery Surcharges

Additional delivery charges may apply for heavy or oversized products, calculated at checkout. Free delivery orders may also incur extra fees.

Courier surcharges apply to specific postcodes, and delivery is on a 48-hour service for these areas. Due to current regulations, we are unable to ship to Northern Ireland.

Non-Delivery Dates Our courier partners do not collect or deliver on the following dates:

  • Good Friday
  • Easter Sunday
  • Easter Monday
  • Early May Bank Holiday
  • Spring Bank Holiday
  • Summer Bank Holiday
  • Christmas Day
